The career orientation course can be seen as a first introduction to the topic of career orientation and occupational fields. By referencing real occupational fields from a wide variety of participating companies, participants gain a realistic and practical insight, which can lead to further exploration of their own professional future.

Idea for a school lesson
The students play the BO course. In pairs or individually, they complete the mini-games, discover different career fields, activities and tools, and collect points for their own personality flower.
Gaming phase
After the gaming phase, the students can present their personality flower to the group via screen sharing or a projector. The personality flowers can then be compared, and differences and similarities can be identified. What stands out? What do the results reveal about personal interests?

Blattwerk GmbH is a garden and landscape construction company operating regionally in the Langenhagen/Hanover area. We offer consultation, planning, design, and maintenance of outdoor spaces such as gardens, parks, and landscapes, placing particular emphasis on aesthetics and sustainability. As a master craftsman's business, we distinguish ourselves through expertise and high quality standards. In addition to typical landscaping work, we specialize in unique private gardens, pool construction, and green roofs.
The profession of landscape gardener is one of the most creative and diverse trades. Our goal is to create beautiful gardens where we ourselves would love to relax, immerse ourselves, or swim. Every project is unique, and the challenges it presents make each day exciting, dynamic, and varied. It never gets boring, and that's precisely what we enjoy so much.

We support the "Digital Escape Room" project because career choice is an important step in young people's lives. We love our work and therefore want to inspire young people to pursue skilled trades and introduce them to them. The project offers a great opportunity to get to know oneself better and discover suitable professions based on personal characteristics.

We are a medium-sized transport and logistics company headquartered in Langenhagen/Godshorn with a branch in Bad Dürrenberg (Halle/Saale) and employing 160 people.
We transport a wide variety of goods by truck in national freight transport for logistics companies, automotive groups, and direct contractors.
We offer up to 5 apprenticeships each year for professional truck drivers.
Internships in the commercial and industrial sectors are available upon request.
