The "Geistesdimension" was developed through a co-creation process involving students, trainees, and companies. Within this dimension, students can explore various competency portals, play mini-games, and discover their strengths. The results of these games are then compiled into a printable PDF file, which can serve as a basis for further career guidance discussions.
