Developing new things
With this idea and the experience gained from numerous career orientation projects, Einfach Genial gGmbH launched the mega-project "Digital Escape Room" in 2023, together with students, trainees, and companies.
The goal of the two-year project was to collaboratively develop career-specific content and help participants discover their own abilities through playful elements in a co-creation process involving students, trainees, and companies.
Project development
In Phase I of the project, trainees initially designed the digital BO course, in which job-specific content is conveyed, serving as the basis for the upcoming workshops and in-depth co-creation process between them and the students.
In Phase II, the EG Studio (the game artist and programmer team of Einfach Genial gGmbH) developed the second career orientation tool, "The Mind Dimension," based on the ideas and results of the workshops. In particular, the students actively participated in the development process as testers during this phase, providing diverse feedback.
