The Mars Mission is a concept developed by Einfach Genial gGmbH for in-depth and inclusive career guidance. It is funded by "Mehr Aktion! Für Kinder und Jugend eV" (More Action! For Children and Youth). What sounds like science fiction at first glance is actually an educational project that connects the analog and digital worlds and recognizes virtual space as a great opportunity.

THE IDEA BEHIND THE MARS MISSION
The Mars Mission concept enables the development of living and working environments using both analog and digital design tools. The focus is on agile working, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the targeted use of digital tools.
The highlight here is the co-creation process. The virtual Mars surface, the central environment of the Mars Mission, was developed collaboratively by students and companies from Hanover in several workshops. Both creative ideas and real-world requirements from the professional world were incorporated into the design. From this collaboration, EG Studio has created a virtual space where career-oriented learning becomes flexible and practical.
