The CORA Company Rallye project starts with schools

CORA - Company Rallye is our new project for in-depth career guidance, which aims to introduce pupils from Year 9 onwards to the world of work in a practical and playful way. The young people visit regional companies on their own, learn about different professions and come into direct contact with representatives from the business world. For this format, we are developing a digital tool that provides project participants with information, tasks and mini-games, while also helping them plan their routes for the subsequent big rallye.

We have been working intensively on development since July. The first workshops with pupils took place in recent weeks at IGS Roderbruch and IGS Vahrenheide/Sahlkamp. In addition to playful team-building and mobility exercises, the focus was also on exchange with the pupils:

In brainstorming sessions and roundtable discussions, the young people were able to share their ideas, impressions and wishes regarding the digital tool. This is valuable input for us, which we will incorporate directly into further development.

The creativity of the pupils has inspired us greatly, and we are already looking forward to the next workshop at the end of the month with IGS Südstadt and to the rest of the project.
